I would say voting does have a little regression because back by the time that people did not have that time to vote when they were disabled they had lots of civil rights that people did not do and people did not have that many chances to do things back then from the 60’s or 70’s and now that they do have this chance people can try to equalize it by trying to learn how to do it and learn how to use these machines and how to use them different ways and how to come up in the world and use them in special ways.
